South Dorset Hunt all over the road February 5, 2000. The South Dorset Hunt decided they had enough of hunting over fields and decided to see if they could find a fox on a busy road. This came a couple of months after their hounds rampaged through a Dorset village. One of their Masters is a County Councillor, supposed to be a responsible citizen. Don't look very responsible to me!
Not content with risking the lives of hounds, the field followed the huntsman's example and galloped up the road - with no regard for the horses legs, which can be damaged by galloping on metalled roads. Notice the car that had to swerve to avoid hitting them as the driver returns to the correct side of the road.
